Drumming for Fun & Connection

45-60 minutes, loosely structured hand drumming group. Enjoy playing music together and reflect on connections between music and life.

Led by Jesse Schroeder, with instruction and help for learning how to drum alone and in a group.

No musical skill necessary - all levels of comfort with music and instruments are welcome

No age limit but must be able to attend and participate in group activity for about 45 minutes

Drums will be provided, but if you have your own please bring it. 

Drumming activities range from very simple to moderate, participate at your own comfort level. After drumming activities there is time for reflection and conversation. 

*Individuals with noise sensitivity be advised: Most activities do not exceed average noise level, but some activities may be considered loud. Wearing ear protection is an acceptable option and group leader can adjust activities accordingly.
