City Kids’ Teacher’s Assistant

Cityview Church is seeking a compassionate Teacher’s Assistant to support neurodiverse learners in our City Kids’ Ministry on Sunday mornings. This role works alongside volunteer teachers and staff to help children with a wide range of abilities fully participate in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive faith environment. The Teacher’s Assistant provides individualized and small-group support, helps adapt activities, and uses positive, strengths-based strategies to meet children’s unique needs. We are looking for candidates who are patient, dependable, and committed to helping every child experience God’s love in an inclusive environment. We are especially eager to hear from candidates with experience supporting neurodiverse learners.
