Practical Strategies to Help Kids Feel Seen, Understood, and Successful at Home and at School

Details:  Strongly encouraged for all CityKids and CityYouth volunteers as well as parents/caregivers.  We will meet for 90 minutes at Cityview with the option to join virtually.  Childcare will be available.   

Clinician:  Dr. Emily Wojniak-Heselton is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed School Psychologist who specializes in working with neurodivergent and gender-diverse adolescents and adults. She provides therapy, consultation, and comprehensive evaluations for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and related learning and mental health concerns. Dr. Emily has experience working in both clinical and school-based settings and is passionate about practical, strengths-based approaches that help children and families feel better understood and supported across home, school, and community settings.
