Congo Mission Trip: July 2019
July 2019 North Katanga Experience
The tentative trip dates are the last two weeks in July. The cost of the trip is estimated to be between $4,000-$4,500. The first $1,000 is due by the end of November.
The Kamina Children’s Home provides a future with hope and possibility for 22 youth, ages 14-24. They are gifted, intelligent, faith-filled and beautiful children of God. The United Methodist Church in North Katanga and West Ohio have shown them that they matter, have a future and a purpose.
The focus for our experience will be youth engagement and discipleship, including team activities, bible study, work projects around the orphanage, and more! This international experience will happen July 2019. We are excited to learn with these young disciples about life in the DRC.
